You can hide services/classes/tours from your booking page and make them only visible to account users. This is useful for offerings you no longer make available to the general public or for services reserved for specific clients.

Bookeo Appointments
This section explains how to hide a service or workshop/event from your booking page in a Bookeo Appointments account.
1. For
- your services, go to Settings>Services offered and additional options. Click on a service.
- your Workshops, go to Settings>Workshops. Click on a workshop.
2. In the General tab, Visibility section, from the dropdown menu, select "Only I and authorized users can make bookings for this service online/workshop".
3. Save
Account users with the necessary permissions can view bookings for these services and create new bookings for them directly in your Bookeo calendar.
Bookeo Classes and Courses
This section explains how to hide a class from your booking page in a Bookeo Classes and Courses account.
1. Go to Settings>Classes, courses, events
2. Click on a class
3. In the General tab, Visibility section, from the dropdown menu, select "Only I and authorized users can make bookings for this class online".
4. Save
Account users with the necessary permissions can view bookings for these classes and create new bookings for them directly in your Bookeo calendar.
Bookeo Tours and Activities
This section explains how to hide a tour from your booking page in a Bookeo Tours and Activities account.
1. Go to Settings>Tours/activities
2. Click on a tour
