Can I specify the expected arrival time for customers?

Arrival time allows you to indicate how early customers should arrive at your shop before the start of their booking. Establishing a specific arrival time helps your team streamline the check-in process for customers. It also allows customers to enjoy your services without feeling hurried.

The booking confirmation page displayed after checkout, will indicate how early[1] customers should arrive at your shop before their scheduled appointment.

The expected arrival time is displayed in the confirmation and reminder emails[2] sent to customers.

Bookeo Appointments

This section explains how to set the expected arrival time in a Bookeo Appointments account.

1. For services: go to Settings>Time Settings. Click on the Booking limits tab
For workshops: Go to Settings>Workshops, click on a workshop and go to the Schedule tab

2. In the Arrival time section, tick the Show customers a reminder to arrive before the start..[3] checkbox

3. Select the arrival time [4]

Arrival time is dynamically calculated from the start time of the booking in your calendar. For example, if a booking starts at 9 PM and you want customers to arrive by 8:45 PM select 15 minutes.

This section explains how to the expected arrival time in a Bookeo Classes and Courses account.

1. Go to Settings>Classes, courses events

2. Click on a class and go to the Schedule tab

Arrival time for courses

At checkout, the arrival time for courses is displayed only for the first class in the course and only if the booking mode where the system creates a single booking for all the classes booked is used. Click here to learn more about course booking modes.

for the first class in the course if the booking mode where the system creates a single booking for all the classes booked is used
for each class in the course if the booking mode where the system creates one booking for each class booked is used

Bookeo Tours and Activities

Arrival time and pick-up locations
