Bookeo lets you ask customers to agree to specific conditions unbundled from Terms and Conditions with checkbox additional options.
If customers are not required to agree to specific conditions unbundled from Terms and Conditions to complete their booking, do not tick the Required checkbox.
If customers must agree to specific conditions unbundled from Terms Conditions to complete their booking, tick the Required checkbox. If this box is ticked the text “I agree” will show next to the checkbox customers have to tick.
If needed, you can demonstrate that a customer has agreed to the conditions by ticking customer checkbox custom fields by keeping booking notifications sent by Bookeo to account users.
Please note that, if the feature to allow customers to change their bookings is enabled in your Bookeo account, and customers try to change their bookings within the allowed timeframe (click here for more information), customers can untick or tick the checkbox additional options for upcoming bookings:
- by clicking on the link provided in the booking confirmation and reminder email sent by Bookeo to change their booking
- from the Customer Area, in the Bookings section. They will have to click on a booking to edit it
