Bookeo lets you set Terms and Conditions that customers must agree in order to complete their booking. You can set General Terms and Conditions to be applied to all your services and/or Terms and Conditions for a specific service. All these Terms and Conditions will be bundled in a section of the booking process and customers are required to agree to them to complete their bookings.

General Terms and Conditions applying to any bookings
To set Terms and Conditions applying to any bookings:
1. Go to Settings>Messages
2. In the Terms and Conditions section, type your Terms and Conditions. You can include company policies, responsibility waivers, and so on.
3. Save
Terms and Conditions applying to a specific service
To set Terms and Conditions applying to a specific service:
- In Bookeo Appointments, for
- your services, go to Settings>Services offered and additional options. Click on a service
- your Workshops, go to Settings>Workshops. Click on a workshop.
- In Bookeo Classes and Courses: go to Settings>Classes, courses, events. Click on a class
- In Bookeo Tours and Activities: go to Settings>Tours/activities. Click on a tour
1. Go to the Messages tab
2. In the Terms and Conditions section, type your Terms and Conditions. You can include company policies, responsibility waivers, and so on.

When are customers required to agree to the Terms and Conditions?
When customers make a booking online, they will have to tick the I agree [1] checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions and proceed with the booking
