Can I set the default participant (for example adult or child) for each workshop,class, tour I offer?

You can set the default participant - for example, adult or child - for each workshop, class, or tour you offer.

1. To set the default participant:

in Bookeo Appointments: For Appointments, go to Settings>Number for people and people categories. For Workshops or Settings>Workshops
in Bookeo Tours and Activities: Settings>Tours/Activities
in Bookeo Classes and Courses: Settings>Classes, courses, events.

2. Click on the workshop/class/tour

3. Go to the People tab

4. In the Participants section, tick the Ask for the details of every participant [1] checkbox

5. From the First participant [2] scroll down menu, select the default value:

myself (the customer making the booking) if the first participant will be the customer making the booking;
new person if the first participant will be someone other than the customer making the booking, for example, in cases where a parent is the customer but a child will be participating in the class;
or, for returning customers, one of the linked participants.
