If during the booking process customers enter their mobile phone number:
- beginning with +, Bookeo will use the number as it is. For example, +1 408-123-1234 will be recognized as a US mobile phone number.
- without +, for example, 408-123-1234. Bookeo will check the customer's country and prepend the dialing prefix for that country to the mobile phone number. Please note that if you do not collect the address of your customers, Bookeo will assume that your customers come from the country set up for your business in Settings>Business Details and logo.
If you have customers from other countries, we recommend collecting customers' address and country in Settings>Customer Details.
