With Bookeo, you can offer services that start before midnight and end after midnight, for example, a time slot from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM starting on Saturday.

Bookeo Appointments
This section explains how to offer services that start before or at midnight and end after midnight in a Bookeo Appointments account.
In this section:
- Step 1 - Set the availability of the Service
- Step 2 - Set that the business is open during that timeslot
- Step 3 - Set that the resources used to provide the service are available during that timeslot
Step 1 - Set the availability of the Service
1. Go to Settings>Services offered and additional options
2. Click on your service
3. Go to the Availability tab
4. Create an availability:
- on the day when the service starts, in our example on Friday from 11.30 PM to 12.00 AM
- on the day when the service ends, in our example on Saturday from 00.00 AM to 0.30 AM
5. Save
Step 2 - Set that the business is open during that timeslot
1. Go to Settings>Time Settings
2. In the Opening hours section, add available slots to allow bookings that pass midnight. In our example, we should add:
- Friday from 11.30 PM to 12.00 AM
- Saturday from 00.00 AM to 0.30 AM
3. Save
Step 3 - Set that the resources used to provide the service are available during that timeslot
1. Go to Settings>Resources
2. Click on a resource used to provide the service
3. In the Available hours section, add available slots to allow bookings that pass midnight. In our example, we should add:
- Friday from 11.30 PM to 12.00 AM
- Saturday from 00.00 AM to 0.30 AM
4. Save
5. Repeat for all the resources used to provide the service

1. Go to Settings>Classes, courses, events
2. Click on your Personal Lessons
3. Go to the Time Settings tab
4. Create an availability:
- on the day when the personal lesson starts, in our example on Saturday from 11.30 PM to 12.00 AM
- on the day when the personal lesson ends, in our example on Sunday from 00.00 AM to 0.30 AM

Set the general availability of Open schedule tours
1. Go to Settings>Tours
2. Click on your Open schedule Tour
3. Go to the Time Settings tab
4. Create an availability:
- on the day when the Open schedule tour starts, in our example on Saturday from 11.30 PM to 12.00 AM
- on the day when the Open schedule tour ends, in our example on Sunday from 00.00 AM to 0.30 AM

Set the availability of tours set up as itineraries
If you have set up a single generic Open schedule tour and set up tours as itineraries of that tour in the Options tab of the Settings of the tour;
- If you set that your itineraries are available during the same times as your Open schedule tour, you do not have to set availability for each itinerary tour.
- If you set up a specific schedule for each itinerary, you will have to add the availability to allow bookings that pass midnight:
1. Go to Settings>Tours
2. Click on your Open schedule Tour
3. Go to the Options tab
4. Click on the option where you created your itineraries
5. Click on the first itinerary choice and go to the Availability tab
6. In the Schedule section, you should add availability:
- on the day when the itinerary tour starts, in our example on Saturday from 11.30 PM to 12.00 AM
- on the day when the itinerary tour ends, in our example on Sunday from 00.00 AM to 0.30 AM
7. Save

1. Go to Settings>Resources
2. Click on the resources used to provide the tour
3. In the Available hours section, add available slots to allow bookings that pass midnight. In our example, we should add:
