Using a single promotion code, you can apply different discounts based on customer categories. For example, an adult ticket normally priced at $80 could be discounted to $50, while a child's ticket priced at $50 could be reduced to $45.

Bookeo Appointments
This section explains how to apply people category-based discounts (i.e., adults, children, and students) using a single promo code in a Bookeo Appointments account.
In this section:
- Step 1 - Set up a single code promotion with a $0 discount
- Step 2 - Set up a special price to be applied with that promotion
Step 1 - Set up a single code promotion with a $0 discount
1. Go to Marketing>Promotions
2. Set up a single code promotion. In the Discount section, from the Discount dropdown menu, select fixed [1], and in the Amount field, type $0 [2]. Click here for our tutorial on how to set up a single code promotion.
Step 2 - Set up a special price to be applied with that promotion
1. Go to Settings>Services Offered and additional options
2. Click on the service and go to the Price tab
3. Click on the New special price button to set up a special price.
4. Select the Promotion [3] from the dropdown menu
5. In the Price section, from the Price type [4] dropdown menu, select per person
6. Set a special price [5] for each people category
7. Save
Bookeo Classes and Courses
