For service appointments, personal lessons, and open schedule tours/charters, you can set Bookeo to automatically select resources (staff, rooms, vehicles...) when customers make a booking online or when you create a booking in Bookeo.
1. Go to Settings>Resources
2. Click on a resource type
3. From the Automatic selection dropdown menu, select if Bookeo will:

Select the least recently used resources: Bookeo will pick available resources starting from the one that was least recently used during the last 7 days. This helps ensure a fair distribution of bookings across all resources.

Randomly select from available resources: Bookeo will pick available resources in random order.

Fill up in alphabetical order: Bookeo will pick available resources in alphabetical order. Ex. staff 1, staff 2..., room 1, room 2.
This setting only applies to service appointments, personal lessons, and open schedule tours/charters. Since group events have a predefined schedule, automatic selection doesn't apply.
