Bookeo Tours and Activities
This section explains how to set booking limits in a Bookeo Tours and Activities account.
In this section:
Booking limits for regular tours
For regular tours, you can set default minimum booking limits, and dynamic booking limits that are automatically triggered when certain conditions are present. For example, you may require a shorter booking notice on weekends. Or, if you have to ensure that a staff member is at your shop to run a tour/game, once there are already bookings for the same or other tours/games offered at the same time, you can accept new bookings with shorter notice.
"Call to book" button
You may also want to encourage customers to call your business to inquire about last-minute bookings, and show a "Call to book" button for those slots. Click here for more information.Default booking limits for regular tours
