You can display resources, such as your staff members, on your booking page and in the email notifications sent to customers, and let customers select who they want to book with, as illustrated in the screenshots below.

Show resources on your booking page and in the email notifications sent to customers
1. Go to Settings>Resources
2. Click on the type of resource to open it
3. In the Show to customers section, tick the checkbox Show this type of resource to customers [1] if you want your customers to see this resource when they make a booking.
If you use the booking mode where customers are presented with all the upcoming workshops, classes, or tours in a grid mode, resources will only show at checkout and not on the main booking page.
4. In the Resource Utilization section, tick the checkbox [5] beside each service and workshop that utilizes this resource.
Additional settings for services, personal lessons, and open schedule tours
For services, personal lessons, and open schedule tours, you can also define how resources are allocated for online bookings, including whether customers can choose a specific resource or the first available.
1. In the Resource selection section, you can set how resources will be selected when a booking is made. From the Automatic selection [2] dropdown menu, choose how Bookeo will automatically assign resources of this type when a booking is made. This setting is useful when multiple staff members can provide the same service and/or the service is available at different locations.
2. In the Manual selection section, tick the checkbox Allow customers to select the resources when booking [3] if you want customers to select a resource when they make a booking.
3. Tick the Allow customers to choose first available [4] checkbox if you want to let customers choose to make a booking with the first available resource, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
